Dolomite Risk Management Plans (DRMPs) & Wet Services Audits (WSAs)
To reduce the risk for sinkhole and or subsidence development in dolomitic areas, the compilation and implementation of a Dolomite Risk Management Programme is strongly encouraged for all developments. The aim of a DRMP is to guide managers and tenants in managing dolomite risk by identifying hazards such as leaking pipes, poor stormwater management, and leaking water-bearing structures including swimming pools and water tanks, while ensuring these are regularly monitored and repaired when necessary.
GeoBuro provides an online risk management system to effectively monitor problems and water usage.
